{"id":32088,"date":"2025-07-16T10:30:29","date_gmt":"2025-07-16T15:30:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elestataldemexico.com\/?p=32088"},"modified":"2025-07-16T09:52:35","modified_gmt":"2025-07-16T14:52:35","slug":"carlos-soto-recibe-el-distintivo-happy-place-to-work","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elestataldemexico.com\/index.php\/2025\/07\/16\/carlos-soto-recibe-el-distintivo-happy-place-to-work\/","title":{"rendered":"Carlos Soto recibe el distintivo Happy Place to Work"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\ud83d\udd38El reconocimiento de logr\u00f3 gracias a la visi\u00f3n del presidente Carlos Soto, quien ha impulsado una cultura de bienestar y dignidad humana dentro del servicio p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p>#MICHOAC\u00c1N II En un hecho sin precedentes a nivel nacional, el municipio de Zamora, se convirti\u00f3 en el primero del pa\u00eds en obtener el distintivo Happy Place to Work, gracias a la visi\u00f3n del presidente Carlos Soto, quien ha impulsado una cultura de bienestar y dignidad humana dentro del servicio p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p>El presidente destac\u00f3 que esta iniciativa se encuentra alineada con el Plan de Desarrollo Municipal, cuyo eje central es la persona y su bienestar.<\/p>\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que al mejorar el entorno laboral, se fortalece el compromiso de los trabajadores, lo cual se refleja directamente en la calidad de atenci\u00f3n que se brinda a la ciudadan\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de las distintas dependencias municipales.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la entrega del reconocimiento, Rodrigo Padilla Navarro, CEO de HAPPINS, subray\u00f3 que este distintivo marca el inicio de una nueva manera de gobernar: m\u00e1s cercana, consciente y humana.
