{"id":25865,"date":"2024-12-17T11:26:32","date_gmt":"2024-12-17T16:26:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/podernacional.com\/?p=25865"},"modified":"2024-12-17T11:26:32","modified_gmt":"2024-12-17T16:26:32","slug":"a23-el-iceberg-mas-grande-del-mundo-se-desprende-y-esta-a-la-deriva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elestataldemexico.com\/index.php\/2024\/12\/17\/a23-el-iceberg-mas-grande-del-mundo-se-desprende-y-esta-a-la-deriva\/","title":{"rendered":"A23, el iceberg m\u00e1s grande del mundo, se desprende y est\u00e1 a la deriva"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\ud83d\udd38 La masa de hielo cuenta con el doble de la superficie ocupada por el \u00e1rea metropolitana de Londres<\/p>\n<p>#CIENCIA | La organizaci\u00f3n brit\u00e1nica British Antartic Survey (BAS) detall\u00f3 que el iceberg m\u00e1s grande y antiguo del mundo, conocido como A23, flota a la deriva por el oc\u00e9ano Ant\u00e1rtico.<\/p>\n<p>Apunt\u00f3 que el iceberg se desprendi\u00f3 de su posici\u00f3n ubicada al norte de las Islas Orcadas del Sur, y ahora se encuentra a la deriva.<\/p>\n<p>El A23 tiene placas de 400 metros de grosor, pesa casi mil millones de toneladas y cuenta con una superficie de aproximadamente tres mil 600 kil\u00f3metros cuadrados.<\/p>\n<p>Se prev\u00e9 que el A23a contin\u00fae su viaje hacia el oc\u00e9ano Austral siguiendo la corriente circumpolar ant\u00e1rtica, que probablemente lo llevar\u00e1 hacia la isla subant\u00e1rtica de Georgia del Sur.<\/p>\n<p>En esa regi\u00f3n encontrar\u00e1 aguas m\u00e1s c\u00e1lidas y se espera que se rompa en icebergs m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os y, finalmente, se derrita.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEs emocionante ver que el A23a se mueve de nuevo despu\u00e9s de per\u00edodos en los que estuvo estancado.
